However if you decide to merge these accounts together any time later then you can always use email forwarding option. Gmail is the widely used and most popular Email service provider just because of its speed and security. Gmail gives flexibility to its users to send and receive Emails from the other Email addresses (may or may not be Gmail Address). Gmail has Add Account feature through which you can merge multiple Yahoo and Gmail accounts into one Gmail account. By enabling this feature you can send mails with different email Id’s (Gmail or any other server) from your Gmail account.You can also set your email account to receive emails from other accounts. A From Address field with dropdown menu will appear when you compose an Email Message. This From field will allow you to select another Email address.
How to Send Message From Other Email Address Using Gmail, STEPS :
1. Click on the Gears Icon and Select Settings option from it.
2. In Gmail Settings, select Accounts and Import tab.
3. In Send Mail As section, click on Add another Email Address you Own option.
4. Now a pop-up window will open, give Email Address that you want to add in your existing Gmail account and click Next Step button.
5. In next window choose Send Through Gmail option and click on Next Step button.
6. Now click on Send Verification button.
7. It will ask you to Verify Email Address. Login to specified Email address and open Email message of Gmail Team.
8. Here you have to perform two steps for verification. Firstly, click on the Verification Link and then copy the Confirmation Code.
9. Paste this Copied code in Window which you have left after 5th step and click on Verify button.
10. That’s it! Now Compose a Email, here you will see a drop-down window in From address filed containing all the Email Address that you have added.
11. Select your desired Email Address and after composing the message click on Send button.
How to Receive Message From Other Gmail Address in Single Gmail Account, STEPS :
1. Click on the Gears Icon and Select Settings option from it.
2. In Gmail Settings, select Accounts and Import tab.
3. In Check Mail From Other Accout section, click on Add POP3 Email Account you Own option.
4. In Email Address field, specify your other Gmail address and click on Next Step button.
5. Now give Password of your specified Email Address in Password field and then click on Add Account button.
6. Now if you also want to send Email Address from the specified Email address then select Yes radio button and click on Next Step. Otherwise, Choose No and click on Finish button.
7. If you have chosen Yes option then follow the steps from the 4th step of above section Send Message From Other Email Address Using Gmail.
