This is a very simple way of knowing the date of creation of you Gmail account if you have deleted your first email.
[Note : This date is very important is security aspects! So do not share it with anyone]
STEPS :
1. Open your Gmail account.
2. Go to Settings -> Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
3. In the POP download search for the line
"Status: POP is enabled for all mail that has arrived since YOUR DATE"
